The tone of your email marketing should appeal to your target audience. The better suited the tone to each of your market segments, the better response you’ll get to your campaign.
If you want to make an impact with a new email campaign, choosing what day and even what time you launch is crucial. Like any item of media vying for attention, your email stands the best chance of getting noticed if it is timely or topical.

For an email marketing campaign to be effective, the email must be targeted to resonate with its recipients. Targeted email campaigns have a higher success rate and lower opt-out rates than non-targeted ones.
